Safeguard Storage now has a new color-coordinated 6' high chain link fence surrounding the entire facility.
No crime problems have occurred but fencing is a progressive upgrade of security.
Plans are now being drafted for new construction of a large, central addition with 70+ outside units and 40 climate controlled storage units, a retail and check-in office (with flat screens, boxes and packaging) and even a resident-manager's apartment. This construction phase is to include asphalting the entire facility, a key-pad activated lift gate and to include a new advertising campaign covering said upscale storage and even to tout the back-up generator which would power the entire facility's lighting for weeks if need be. |
